With 10 years of experience in developing videoconferencing solutions, Mconf is the company that develops Elos and other products, each with the specificities of its niche.
Mconf was born as a research project at the PRAV Laboratory at the Federal University of RS in 2010, supported by the National Education and Research Network (RNP). Based on the positive results obtained from the project, we began operations as a startup in 2013. Over time, we expanded our range of products and entered new markets. And in mid-2018, we launched Elos, a product aimed at the education market, with interactive and collaborative features for a complete virtual classroom.
As it has university origins, Mconf incorporates fundamental aspects such as commitment, innovation and security into its positioning and culture, forming part of its DNA. These characteristics transcend to organizational culture, which has evolved a lot over time. Since 2021, Mconf has been recognized for its work environment through the renowned global consultancy Great Place To Work. All this work is based on our institutional objective of providing opportunities, developing professionals with excellence and building a flexible, welcoming and valued organizational environment.
